The videos available on this site provide information about how to sleep better, and there’s scientific evidence suggesting that this works for many people. However, there are a few things you should know before you sign up.
First, of course, a series of videos can’t replace a doctor. Sleep disturbances may be a sign of other serious conditions, and if you have any medical concerns, please make sure to see a doctor. This program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. While Tucker colloquially references “insomnia,” he is referring to fairly common levels of sleep disturbance, not a medical condition requiring your doctor’s attention.
Second, while this course is likely to help improve your sleep in the long-term, it’s possible that for a few days, you might actually sleep less as a result of the program. For most people, this is worth it. However, if you have any conditions that could be worsened by sleep deprivation, such as bipolar disorder or epilepsy, don’t use this program. Also, if you have a job that would be dangerous if you became sleepier (for instance, a professional driver), do not take this course.
Safety first! If any instructions from this program might be unsafe for you, please disregard them. Most importantly, if you’re too tired to drive, don’t do it!
And please note that as your payment is for access to the course materials, we’re afraid we’re not able to offer refunds. We hope this course helps you get the sleep you need!
Sleep well,
The DFS Team
